Return & Refund Policy 

At Shrisakhi, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Jewellery and Bags. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products and must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

Please note that approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit only, unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist you.

Return / Exchange Eligibility

  • A 2-day return or exchange window is available only for damaged or defective products, counted from the date of delivery.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 2 days via WhatsApp or email at support@shrisakhi.com
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, invoices, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Once approved, customers must ship the product back using a trusted courier service and share the tracking details.
  • All approved refunds are issued as Store Credit only, redeemable on future purchases.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Store Credit is the default refund method for all orders.
  • Prepaid Orders:
  • Refunds (where applicable and approved) may be credited to the original bank account/card.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
  • Refunds will be provided as Store Credit only.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • The return request is made after 2 days of receiving the order.
  • Tags, packaging, invoices, or complimentary gifts are missing.
  • Products purchased under Sale, Discount, or Offer, unless received damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products

  • Report damaged, defective, or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share unboxing photos/videos along with order details via WhatsApp or email for verification.
  • Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit, as applicable.
