At Shrisakhi, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Jewellery and Bags. Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help!

Return & Exchange Policy
⦁ We offer a 3-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
⦁ To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at support@shrisakhi.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
⦁ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags, invoices, and accessories intact.
⦁ Once approved, customers are requested to ship the product back using a trusted courier service and share the tracking details.
⦁ only 85% amount will be refunded under return process.
⦁ Please note: Refunds are issued as Store Credit only (redeemable on future purchases).
⦁ Refund to the original payment method will only be processed if the item is received damaged or incorrect, verified upon inspection.

Refunds (if applicable)
⦁ Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
⦁ Refunds will be issued to the original payment mode or as Store Credit, based on the nature of the return.
⦁ For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the same bank account/card used during payment.
⦁ COD orders will be refunded via UPI or Store Credit after confirmation.

Non-returnable / Non-refundable items
⦁ Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
⦁ The product has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
⦁ The return request is made after 3 days of receiving the order.
⦁ Tags, packaging, or complimentary gifts are missing.
⦁ Items purchased under Sale, Discount, or Offer are non-returnable unless received damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
⦁ In case of a damaged, defective, or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
⦁ Share unboxing photos/videos and order details on WhatsApp or email for verification.
⦁ Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
